Prints for men – Fall Winter 2012

What’s your print? One of the major trends for Fall Winter 2012 is prints for men.  It can be an arduous task initially for majority of male species (blame it on perception), however with little bit of self-confidence, imagination and smart sartorial choice, one can incorporate this trend with ease. You can break the monotony of dull and conservative winter pieces by adding prints in all shapes and sizes to your wardrobe thus letting you to explore adventurous facet of your personality.
The options are many – nautical, floral, digital, tribal, psychedelic, geometrical or nature inspired prints. Prints can give you many options to play around with textures, colours and proportions. You can inject prints by wearing them with sharp tailored, solid and neutral pieces or by mastering the art of layering. When combined with textures like leather or knits, prints can bring in an interesting element of contrast to your over all look. If you are still apprehensive or a beginner, accessories are your best bet. Printed scarves, pocket square or a tie can do the trick for you.
So gentleman, stop being sceptical of prints and add an element of humour to this winter. This is one trend that truly redefines and lets you explore beyond the boundaries of style for today’s modern man.
A word of caution for men: Avoid head to toe prints unless you are a research subject on prints. :-)
